Happily, Angry
Your face,
doesn't anger me.
Her face,
doesn't anger me.
Your decision,
doesn't put me on edge.
Her decision,
doesn't effect me because you chose her and she chose you.
Her and Your face don't hurt me,
but my happiness for you both, does.
Your Definition.
Face beyond repairing emotions,
like the sight of the burning core of the sun.
Eyes beyond glaring at,
from broken promises that have drenched my life.
Lips beyond kissing anytime soon,
they are thorns to me.
like the sight of the burning core of the sun.
Eyes beyond glaring at,
from broken promises that have drenched my life.
Lips beyond kissing anytime soon,
they are thorns to me.

ALCOHOL and DRUGS don't define me....
College is the time to explore and try new things that you were tooo scared to do when you were in high school (or is the opposite?).... It seems by the time you enter College people have committed their mistakes and learned to control them (at least to an appropriate amount [sometimes])... but what about me? what if you didn't live your mistakes to the fullest in high school? what if I want to live them NOW!!!.... will I be judged???

Life has a way of granting happiness (: ...and... sadness :(... It has a way of bring joy to our lives ...but... it has it's ways of taking it all back(with a blink of an eye).... It has it's ways of bringing us all together for a cause ...but... it has it's ways of distancing us all for that exact same cause... It has it's way of granting our biggest wishes ...but... it has it's ways of disappointing us for them, too.
(Life is a 50/50 chance game.... SO, enjoy who or what you have now because one day it may no longer be there by your side) <3

...Running... Reaching... Obtained It... What Now?...
I would be lying if I said that I have always dreamed of graduating, but in reality... I never did. It has been about a whole month and a half that I have been officially graduated. And... I'm stuck.... Yeah, I'll be going to a really good school in the fall, but still... I feel robbed in some weird way. I feel it went by SUPER fast and ...I'm scared to sometimes take out my diploma from the back of my closet.... Just beacause I don't want to believe that I have walked the stage and recieved the golden ticket of officially being able to work at a Mcdonalds restaurant... <---(yeaahh! not that exciting, but true)... Maybe the excitement will come to me soon.... Well all I know is that I have to keep on moving with my life and well... GROW UP!?...

Gangster Characteristics
What are the characteristics of the Gangster Genre?:
- Seems to have outlaw heros that are admired for the toughness and energy.
- The use of many criminal organizations to challenge, capitalism through business.
- Shows a lot of underworld activities of American economy.
How has it changed over the years?:
The freedom of being directors now a days gives them creative freedom to end the gangster films how ever they like to. They have the freedom to drag through their whole film with the gangsters as the innocent and end their films with them getting away. Thus, building an empire for sequels.

Hays Code
Angels with Dirty Faces does follow the rules of the hays code. Because by the end the most admired person got what was coming for him. He was punished by being killed at the end of the film. It shows that even though you are admired by most people at the end run you won't walk away from it all by not being punished for your bad deeds in life.

The Bullied...
Feel the despair of loneliness inside,
wanting attention, begging for a tide.
Gasping for air, needing to get away,
urging the pain of life to just sway.
To hold you tight and not let you drift,
wanting to move forward, but only shift.
Feel the cold kisses that the wind sends,
as you lay still with only bends.
Urging your heart to mend to one,
to make the pain go numb.
Have no thought in mind that can hide it away,
to pretend the you’re okay, as you say hey.
Feel the touch of reality,
wanting you to break into insanity.
Digging deep into your thoughts,
leaving you in a room of endless lots.
Not letting you breath without the constant hate,
of one’s success, with the outcome of only becoming bate.
Feel the loud silence of echoing torment,
as you taste the sweat of your skin from attempt,
of constant endless running.
Trying to stay positive, away from them hunting.
Using you as prey, as their amusement,
treating you as a puppet of entertainment.
Feel the tears pour down,
as you hide from the crown,
of tension in their scorning eyes,
of pure happiness of their burning lies.
Having you senseless from your own feelings,
leaving you speechless,
from their friendless,
lives.
When the truth is that you shouldn’t pick,
on someone your own size,
but on your own careless,
brainless,
coward-less mind!
Because in reality,
stick and stones may break you,
But, so will words.

singin' in the Rain!(:
No words can describe the way I feel about this film. But here it goes, it was enchanting, lovely, butterfly feeling and utterly AMAZING! I absolutely loved this film. I loved the fact that they would break out singing in the middle of a conversation and it would be very detailed with their dancing skills. This movie had me laughing, angry and at total amazement at the same time. This film couldn’t get any better because it is already the best it could be to me!

Cross-Pollination Between Hollywood and the World
I personally can't tell exactly how we have given World Cinema anything. To me, our whole development of Cinema was created from everyone's else's cinema styles. We seem to copy everyone's work and at times(most of the time) like to put our name on their work? Like I said, I'm not exactly sure how, but that's how I feel about this question.
Hong Kong Action Cinema
Five TRUE facts:
- As early as the silent era, Hong Kong cinema was already full of magical beings (fighters)
- A rash of independent film production were in Hong Kong
- In the 70's and 80's the Shaw studios were the best qualified to meet the worldwide demands for martial arts fils.
- Bruce Lee was a great icon of Hong Kong's cultured actors
-Hong Kong's Golden age was during the 1960's.

Rashomon vs. Citizen Kane
To me personally both the movies were very detailed with different peoples perspectives. Except, for Citizen Kane there was a mystery to be solved from a single thing not like Rashomon. In Rashomon it's seems like every person was trying to cover their lyes because they wanted to protect themselves from the truth. People's perspectives from Citizen Kane was more truthful and informative, they weren't trying to hide lyes.

AmeliƩ
This movie was fantastic/weird. But, in a good way. It had so much detailed and intimate scenes that had you engaged/ uneasy feeling. During the intimate scene, but not to much to the point where it made you disgusted. Not at all. It had the excellent use of other objects and color to portray the scenes creatively. It made you laugh at the most awkward situations of the scenes because of the use of other objects or/ characters. Making the scenes become a bit of fun and romantic. (:
[I guess this is why French people live long and happy, they know how to take a joke. AND ---> (because they have a better health insurance plan than, we do) ]
